Required Skills Description
We have an immediate need to hire a senior Project Manager with prior experience delivering multi-application integration projects. Should have at least five (5) years of PM experience on complex integration projects with aggressive timelines for completion.

Primary Responsibilities of this role may include
Under the direction of team leadership, the Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of the assigned project and provides a single point of contact for technical resources. Takes the project from original concept through final implementation under the guidance of team leadership. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Participates in project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis in Portfolio/Project Server. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Drives through project issues to resolution in a timely manner with internal team members. Escalates issues to team leadership when resolution roadblocks exist. Responsible for the integration between the various teams involved across the project. Coordinates with Project Managers responsible for other initiatives to ensure integration and interlocks and key milestones are coordinated. Responsible for overall management of Development activities. Responsible for overall management of the Implementation activities. Responsible for identifying gaps; anticipate, plan and manage for Project resource requirements.

Specific Requirements
Professional Services industry experience strongly preferred
Multi-system integration between existing and new applications
Experience with integrations involving SAP, Peoplesoft, Lotus Notes preferred
IT project implementation experience required - evidence of projects requested
Strong leadership skills
PMP certification strongly preferred
Experience managing technical resources
Experience using Portfolio/Project Server application for tracking
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight timelines
Ability to think and act creatively, removing impediments and moving the project forward through creative problem solving
Ability to think "outside the box" suggesting innovative solutions to team leadership
